Asiago

Asiago is an Italian cows milk cheese that has a D.O.P status. This means that authentic Asiago can only be produced in specific regions of Italy. Other countries can produce an Asiago style cheese as well however it would not be considered authentic. Asiago is a great universal cheese, perfect for melting, grating and of course Charcuterie boards! We recommend pairing with Hot Genoa or Prosciutto
