Bonnechere is a raw Ewe’s milk cheese from Back Forty Artisan Cheese. This cheese is only produced in small amounts seasonally with farm fresh milk. It is a semi soft cheese and is toasted over an open flame before aging. This is truly a one of a kind cheese with mild smoke and citrus flavours We suggest pairing with a sweet ale or a red wine.
