This cheese is made in Wenslydale, North Yorkshire. It is used often as a “dessert” cheese as it is on the sweeter side. There are many different flavours such as blueberry, cranberry, and sticky toffee.
To bring out the flavour a bit more we suggest pairing with chocolate and honey.
