Herbert is a unpasteurized cows milk cheese aged 4-6 months from Stonetown Cheese. It is infused with Hemp hearts and has amazing health benefits. Its creamy on the palate but has a crumbly look and texture.
We recommend pairing this with Prosciutto and Honey.
