Prosciutto is made from dry aging pork legs at a strict temperature for 14-36 months. Originating from Italy Prosciutto can vary in flavour depending on the altitude and climate the pork is aged at.
It can be used a variety of ways, however in our boxes we recommend wrapping it around some Brie with either Red Pepper Jelly or Honey.
