A soft, brie-style bloomy rind cheese. The soft, silky and airy texture of the cheese is the signature of La Fromagerie Guilloteau’s ultrafiltration technique. This cheese is smooth and creamy with a light texture and mild flavour which reveals subtle lactic notes.
