This cheese is from Stonetown Cheese. Similar in style to the Homecoming Tilsit except soaked in Moonshine Whiskey from Junction 56 Distillery. It has a soft buttery flavour with hints of moonshine. We recommend pairing this cheese with Red Pepper Jelly and a salty cracker. It also has great melting potential!
